# What costs or fee models apply to recruitment + EOR services?

If your hire is onboarded through our EOR/COR service, you don’t pay anything extra for recruitment, sourcing and matching are fully included. If you only need recruitment, we offer a separate fee structure and share a clear quote before starting the search. For EOR/COR, the monthly fee covers employment administration, payroll, benefits, and local statutory obligations.
