Processing of Personal Data on www.fronted.com
Fronted's Managing Director is responsible for Fronted'sprocessing of personal data unless otherwise specified. It is voluntary for anyone to provide us with their personal information in connection with services, for example, by sending us inquiries. The legal basis for processing is consent from the individual unless otherwise specified
Web Statistics
Fronted collects de-identified and anonymized information about visitors to fronted.com. The purpose of the collection is to compile statistics used to improve and develop the content on the website. Examples of the information collected include: how visitors use the website, which website the user comes from, how many visit the various pages, how long the visit lasts, what they click on, and which browsers are used.
The information is processed in a de-identified and aggregated form, meaning that we cannot trace the collected information back to individual users. The aggregated level means that all data is combined into a group, and data is not processed individually. Fronted uses the analytical tools provided by Google Inc ("Google") on its website, and the information is stored by Google. Information from this tool is not shared with other actors.

Cookies help the website remember your settings (e.g., username, language, text size, and other preferences) for a certain period. How Do We Use Cookies?
We use cookies to gather information about how the website is used. We do this through Google Analytics, which is a web analysis tool provided by Google. The information is stored on servers in the USA. The cookies collect information about which pages are visited, how long a visit lasts, the number of visits to the website, and the source of the visit (e.g., Google Search). Your IP address is anonymized before being sent to Google Analytics, and the information sent contains no information that can identify you as a user. An anonymized identity is stored in separate lists used for targeted advertising based on your user behavior on the web. Use of Facebook Pixel: Tracking on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger Instant Articles, and Audience Network.
Facebook is the owner of Instagram, Messenger, Instant Articles, and Audience Network, and the use of Facebook pixel also covers these channels. A Facebook pixel is a plug-in or software located on our website that collects information for Facebook. The pixel collects information from cookies stored in your browser and sends it back to Facebook, where the information is combined with data from your Facebook profile. The information collected may be related to your user behavior (demographic data such as age, gender, interests) or actions you perform, such as clicking on links. The information is only available at an anonymized and aggregated level. The information is used for analysis purposes, targeted advertising based on your user behavior (remarketing), and to identify target audiences for advertising that have a profile similar to yours and therefore have a potential opportunity to have a similar pattern of behavior or needs.
Information collected via Facebook pixel is stored for 90 days to 2 years. The information is stored on servers at Facebook in the USA. When using Facebook for advertising, Facebook will in most cases be the data controller. However, there are some exceptions: Use of Facebook Lead Ads, a tool for collecting email addresses via Facebook pages, where both Facebook and Blaa AS will be data controllers. If Fronted chooses to use this tool, information about the user's rights will be clearly stated in the ad where the user voluntarily provides personal data. Uploading existing email lists for targeted advertising on Facebook. If Fronted uses this tool, it will only be directed at potential customers who have voluntarily given their consent. Use of Contact Forms on Our Websites When you use contact forms on our websites, we request the following information: Name, email address, company, phone number, and the subject of your inquiry.
The purpose of collecting and storing this information is to be able to respond to your inquiry and engage in a dialogue regarding your inquiry. The information is stored in Google Sheets on a separate server, accessible only to Fronted employees and affiliated data processors. The information is stored for as long as we find it appropriate.Use of Other Tools
Webflow - Information collected through the use of the website is stored on webflow.com.
Zapier - Fronted uses the service Zapier to send data across various services. For example, if you fill out a contact form, we will send the information you provide to other support systems used to provide the service effectively.
Hotjar - Fronted uses the Hotjar analytics tool to analyze user behavior on the websites. The tool is used to make the website more user-friendly. Information collected includes movements, clicks, and general behavior on the website. The information is collected based on your IP address, but this is anonymized, and information is only displayed at an aggregated level. Data is stored for a maximum of 365 days.
Chatfuel - Fronted uses Chatfuel to chat with customers. The service is integrated with
Facebook Messenger and follows Facebook's terms.
Dashthis - Fronted uses Dashthis as a tool for reporting data at an aggregated level. Data collected comes from other third-party providers mentioned in the Privacy Statement.Email, Phone, and Chat - Fronted uses email, phone, and chat as part of its daily work to engage in dialogue and respond to inquiries from potential customers, customers, former customers, and other partners.
Each employee is responsible for deleting messages that are no longer relevant and should review and delete unnecessary content in the email inbox at least once a year. Upon departure, email accounts are deleted. Relevant emails are normally transferred to colleagues.
Sensitive personal information should not be sent via email. Please note that regular email is not encrypted. We encourage you, therefore, to exercise caution and not send confidential information, sensitive data, or confidential details via email.
Rights You have the right to access personal information about you and how it is processed. You also have the right to have the information corrected, deleted, or to restrict the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
