Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable PHP/Laravel code.
- Integrate front-end elements built by your teammates into backend logic.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, well-documented code with a focus on security and performance.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Solid experience in backend development using PHP and Laravel.
- Strong knowledge of MVC architecture, RESTful API design, and SQL databases (e.g., MySQL or PostgreSQL).
- Experience working with version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
- Good understanding of security best practices (e.g., input validation, authentication, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary:
Up to $3,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
