Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and prospect target companies in Denmark, Sweden, or Germany that have raised capital for development, have strong financial backing, or possess substantial development budgets.
- Execute strategic outbound outreach, primarily utilizing cold calling and LinkedIn, to generate qualified meeting opportunities for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings and effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients.
- Engage with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, COO, etc.) to understand their business needs and identify potential alignment with company's solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities and progress within the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and contribute to overall sales success.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities within the IT/tech/consulting space.
- Potentially expand outreach efforts to the Netherlands, Germany, and other Scandinavian countries as the company's market presence grows.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets for qualified meeting bookings.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in a Business Development Representative or similar role within the B2B segment.
- Significant advantage with prior knowledge and experience in the IT, technology, or consulting industries.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and leveraging LinkedIn for professional networking and lead generation.
- Experience engaging and communicating effectively with C-level executives (CTO, CIO, COO, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language: Denmark, Sweden, or Germany.
- Proven ability to identify and target companies with development budgets or recent funding.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales productivity tools.
Salary:Â
$2,100 for 12-15 meetings, with possibilities for increase. Also, possibilities for more accounts.
