Our story starts with Hans Kjellby, co-founder of SafetyWing, where they scaled the company to more than 100 people distributed across the globe. Along the way, through trial and error, Hans and the team became experts in global hiring. What became clear was this: Most companies don’t have the time, resources, or know-how to build global teams themselves.
Hans kept hearing the same thing from founders and operators in his network; they wanted access to top talent, regardless of location, but global hiring was too complicated, too risky, and too distracting from their core mission. And none of the existing solutions truly solved the problem.
