Job Description
The primary responsibility of the Customer Support Representative is to facilitate an exceptional customer journey by addressing inquiries and providing comprehensive support. Since many customers are new to growing, they often ask about both how to grow plants and how the products work. Additionally, the role encompasses addressing questions related to payments, shipping logistics, and delivery timelines.
Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via email, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Service Level Adherence: Ensure all customer inquiries receive a response within a 24-hour timeframe.
- Customer Satisfaction: Cultivate a positive and memorable customer experience that reinforces brand loyalty.
- Team Contribution: Actively contribute to a positive and productive working environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-oriented communication and support is required.
- Demonstrated technical understanding and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Has experience working with European clients/accounts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Highly structured and detail-oriented approach to task management.
- Exhibits a strong enthusiasm for assisting others and a genuine desire to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Demonstrates a resourceful and proactive approach to challenges, embodying the spirit of "I don't really know how, but I'll fix this!"
- Possesses strong collaboration skills and is comfortable raising concerns or suggesting improvements.
- Adaptable to a dynamic startup environment, characterized by a hands-on and action-oriented ethos.
- Ability to provide a minimum of 5 hours of overlap with standard business hours in Norway.
