JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is hungry, structured, and motivated by innovation, AI tools, and working closely with customers. You will play a key role in helping us find and engage our “dream customers,” book qualified meetings, and move prospects through a journey from test → pilot → subscription.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine 2–3 clearly packaged offerings based on Hugo Assist’s core product.
- Identify, research, and prospect potential customer segments and leads.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools.
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to engage prospects and book meetings.
- Deliver engaging pitches and demos in collaboration with the team.
- Support the customer journey from first contact to pilot setup and subscription.
- Negotiate pilot agreements and customization opportunities.
- Track sales activities and report on pipeline progress weekly.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery.
- Continuously improve outreach, messaging, and sales process for scalability.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or business development, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or tech.
- Demonstrated success in prospecting, outreach, and booking meetings.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
- Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset; thrives in early-stage/startup environments.
- Resilient, positive, and opportunity-driven personality.
- Interest in AI tools, SaaS, and innovation processes.
