As an AI & Automation Engineer, you will review, design, and implement automation solutions across the company—helping streamline workflows, improve operational efficiency, and support growth. Your initial engagement is for three months, with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position depending on performance and fit.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough audit of the company’s current processes and identify opportunities for automation.
• Design, develop, and deploy automation pipelines using AI, RPA, scripting, or workflow orchestration tools in close collaboration with the owners.
• Integrate automation into operational and administrative functions (e.g., lead generation, marketing, CRM, reporting).
• Measure performance improvements and iterate on solutions throughout the engagement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in applying AI and machine learning techniques to real-world problems.   
• Strong understanding of various AI/ML algorithms (e.g., natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, predictive modeling).
• Experience with relevant AI/ML tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, cloud-based AI services).
• Good problem-solving skills, ability to analyze business processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities—able to work independently and deliver results quickly.

Contract Type:

3-month project (with potential to transition into full-time/ongoing role)

Salary: 

Up to $4,500 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
