JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a warm, open-minded, and tech-savvy Clinical Psychologist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a Spanish native speaker with excellent English communication skills (without a thick accent) and at least 5 years of professional experience. You will work with growth-focused companies, providing psychological support, counseling, and potentially coaching. A background in cognitive behavioral therapy, team collaboration, and startup environments will be highly valued.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Provide remote psychological support, counseling, and conflict resolution to clients.
• Include evidence-based approaches, preferably cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and / or acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT).
• Maintain a professional, empathetic, and culturally sensitive approach.
• Collaborate with clients and teams remotely using digital tools.
• Support growth-focused companies with tailored psychological insights and strategies.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Master’s in Clinical Psychology (preferred).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years working as a Clinical Psychologist.
• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English (neutral accent).
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Affinity or experience with neurodivergent people. 
• Tech-minded, familiar with online tools and virtual collaboration.
• Startup or management experience is a plus.
• Clinical license, Counseling experience, and International Coaching Federation membership are big pluses.
• Available in US timezone.

Salary: 

Up to $60 USD/hour (equivalent to $300+ per month for the minimum 5 hours, with potential for significantly more as hours increase)

Hours: Minimum 5 hours per month to start, with potential for more and ideally full-time long term.
