Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging written content for our website, social media (primarily LinkedIn), newsletters and email campaigns.
- Manage and maintain a structured content calendar aligned with company goals and brand messaging.
- Further develop and manage the Fronted talent community.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, case studies, presentation decks, and branded documents.
- Support the execution of communication strategies that enhance employer branding and client engagement.
- Conduct research on relevant topics, industry trends, and competitors to inform content development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand alignment.
- Use content performance data to help refine messaging and improve reach and engagement.
Requirements:
- Excellent writing and editing skills in English
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance research, ideation, and content production
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to maximise content visibility and reach
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content streams.
- Ability to turn complex topics into clear and engaging content
- Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and content scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of visual design tools such as Canva or Figma.
- Experience in B2B, recruitment, or HR-related content is preferred but not required.
- A proactive and collaborative attitude with strong attention to detail.
Salary:
Up to $2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
