Sales Development Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive partner discovery and pipeline building. Your job will be to identify and engage new partners, run discovery conversations, and explain Epifai’s value proposition at a high level. Once opportunities are qualified, you will schedule demos for the CEO, who will handle product demonstrations, closing, and onboarding. This role is ideal for someone with strong prospecting skills, excellent business communication, and a passion for building relationships in the B2B SaaS ecosystem.

With one-click slide generation, a smart keyword-driven library, branded templates, and integrations with HubSpot, Flowcase, Excel, and SharePoint, Epifai helps enterprises save time, ensure brand consistency, and scale communication across teams. We are scaling through strategic partnerships with consulting firms, agencies, and enterprise solution providers who can deliver Epifai to their clients.

Responsibilities:

Partner Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify consulting firms, agencies, and enterprise service providers as potential partners.
  • Execute outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, events, calls) to generate interest.
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of partner opportunities.

Discovery & Qualification

  • Lead first conversations to understand partner business models and client needs.
  • Clearly communicate Epifai’s value proposition in a concise, business-oriented way.
  • Qualify partners based on defined criteria (market reach, client base, strategic fit).
  • Schedule demos for the CEO.

Collaboration & Market Feedback

  • Work closely with the CEO on partner acquisition strategy.
  • Share insights on partner needs, objections, and market opportunities.
  • Provide structured feedback to improve outreach and qualification processes.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to generate and qualify leads.
  • Skilled at discovery conversations and uncovering business needs.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with partner/channel sales models is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of AI, productivity, or presentation software.

Salary: 

Up to $2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
