How much does an Employer of Record in Sweden cost?

Our Employer of Record fee in Sweden is €390 per employee/month. On top of that you pay the employee's salary, employer contributions (arbetsgivaravgifter, 31.42% of salary) and the mandatory benefits, such as sick pay and holiday pay. Mandatory benefits are passed on at cost with no markup.

In Sweden, many companies also offer a wellness allowance (friskvårdsbidrag), private health insurance and extra holiday days. Let us know if you'd like to include these or other benefits, and we'll make it happen.

If your employee is paid in SEK and you want to be invoiced in another currency, a 1.5% conversion fee applies. You see the full cost before you sign.
