Why Fronted in the United Kingdom

Employer of Record is a long-term way to employ, so who stands behind it matters.

One contact who knows your team

A named contact person at Fronted looks after your employees in the UK, from the first contract to everyday payroll questions. You get your own dedicated contact too.

Our own UK entity

Your people are employed by Fronted's own UK company, not handed on to a third party.

Prices you can see

A fixed monthly fee per employee. Statutory costs like employer National Insurance and pension are passed on at cost, with no markup.

Hire in days, not months

Once the terms are agreed and the right to work check is done, we can usually employ your hire within days.

How it works

How it works

Four steps from first conversation to first payslip.

  1. 1

    Tell us about the hire

Share the role, salary and start date, and we confirm the terms and costs under UK law.

  2. 2

    We prepare the contract

We write the employment contract, check the right to work and set up the workplace pension.

  3. 3

    Your hire starts

The employee starts on UK terms and is on PAYE payroll from the first month.

  4. 4

    We run it every month

We pay salary, National Insurance and pension, handle sick pay and leave, and report to HMRC. You get one invoice.

Most hires in the United Kingdom are ready to start within days of signing.

If you outgrow EOR

If you outgrow EOR

When you want your own company in the UK, we set it up and run it for you, including accounting and payroll. Your employees sign new contracts with the new company, and we prepare those contracts and handle the paperwork.

What our customers say

  • Adnuntius logo
“Fronted's team was proactive throughout our onboarding. They kept us updated at every step, followed up when something needed our attention, and explained our options clearly. As a result, our first hire in Finland was set up smoothly and on time.”
    Amalie HaugenAccounting Manager
  • “Global expansion is a mess, we know that from first hand experience. As a growth company you want to focus on growth and product, not juggling 5 vendors per country just to employ someone. We’re fixing that by being the one-stop-shop, from recruitment to employment and eventually setting up and running legal entities when the timing is right. One partner, with a team that deeply cares about you and understands your needs.”
Marius Blaker HøgevoldCEO & Co-founder, Fronted
  • Reprice logo
“The communication has been simple, clear, and easy to understand, and whenever we have had questions, you have been quick to respond. We have especially appreciated your goal- and solution-oriented approach.”
