How much does an Employer of Record in Norway cost?

Our Employer of Record fee in Norway is €390 per employee/month. On top of that you pay the employee's salary, employer's national insurance contributions (14.1% in most of Norway) and the mandatory benefits, such as occupational pension (OTP) and holiday pay. Mandatory benefits are passed on at cost with no markup.

In Norway, many companies also offer private health insurance, a higher pension than the 2% minimum, and a paid phone and broadband. Let us know if you'd like to include these or other benefits, and we'll make it happen.

If your employee is paid in NOK and you want to be invoiced in another currency, a 1.5% conversion fee applies. You see the full cost before you sign.
