Do we need our own company in Denmark to hire there?

No. With our Employer of Record service, Fronted employs the person through our own Danish company, and you direct their work day to day.

We handle the employment contract, payroll, tax, pension contributions, holiday pay and reporting under Danish rules, so you can build a team in Denmark without registering a company there.
