This is a hands-on and advisory role that combines technical expertise with strong marketing understanding.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Design, set up, and optimize smart automations (e.g., with N8N or similar tools).
- Translate business and marketing needs into scalable AI-driven workflows.
- Advise on AI use cases across sales, business insights, marketing, design, analytics, and performance.
- Evaluate and ensure quality of AI input/output, applying marketing and business knowledge.
- Collaborate with different teams to implement automation and AI strategies.
- Provide both strategic guidance and hands-on execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Strong understanding of AI applications within marketing, sales, and business development.
- Ability to balance technical problem-solving with a marketing mindset.
- Hands-on experience in setting up and scaling automation workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus).
Salary:
Up to $30 USD per hour
Flexible setup:
- Part-time commitment (e.g., ~10 hours per week), or
- Project-based assignments with agreed pricing.
