How does your recruitment process work for global hires?

Do you only work with Nordic companies?

No. While we are Nordic-built and most of our clients are based in Europe, our services are global.

Which countries and regions can you support for hiring or employment?

We currently support EOR employment across a growing list of countries in Europe, US, the Middle East, and Asia. Contact us for the most up-to-date overview.
For markets we don’t yet cover, we evaluate expansion based on client needs and the scope of planned hires. In many cases, we can begin the recruitment process while we assess the best way to support employment in that market. If you’re unsure whether we operate in a specific country, just reach out - we always find a solution
Can Fronted help even if we already have a local entity?

How long does it take to hire someone through Fronted?

What types of employment can you support (remote, hybrid, on-site)?

We support remote-only hires, hybrid roles (part-time or periodic on-site + remote). We have the options to scope each role with you upfront so you understand employment terms and any local requirements.
Employer of Record (EOR)
What is an Employer of Record (EOR) and when do companies need one?

An Employer of Record (EOR) is a third-party organization that legally employs a worker on your behalf in a country where you don’t have a local entity.
It handles the administrative side of employment, payroll, taxes, benefits, and compliance with local labor laws. Which means you should consider using an EOR when you want to employ people in a new market without setting up your own entity.
How does Fronted’s services differ from others?

Unlike a pure recruiter who finds you candidates, or a staffing agency that supplies temporary workers, our model covers both: we source and match you with top global talent and provide employment infrastructure (via our EOR/enabling platform) so you can hire and employ that talent compliantly. Fronted also uses its employment platform as a growth engine for our customers. We help you hire great people and also support you in building out new teams or capabilities as your business scales, all with one partner.
Can I move from another EOR provider to Fronted?

How does payroll and benefits work in practice?

We process payroll locally, ensure statutory deductions, taxes, and benefits are compliant, and deliver payslips to the employee each month.
How do you ensure compliance in each country?

Are IP rights and confidentiality protected?

Yes. We ensure assignment of IP and confidentiality clauses that transfer full ownership to you as the client.
Pricing & Fees
What costs or fee models apply to recruitment + EOR services?

If your hire is onboarded through our EOR/COR service, you don’t pay anything extra for recruitment, sourcing and matching are fully included.

If you only need recruitment, we offer a separate fee structure and share a clear quote before starting the search.
For EOR/COR, the monthly fee covers employment administration, payroll, benefits, and local statutory obligations.
Is there a minimum term or commitment?

Typically month-to-month for EOR, with one-month notice. Recruitment projects are one-off unless part of a subscription or retained model.
Do you offer volume discounts or bundled services?

Yes. For clients hiring multiple roles or combining recruitment and EOR, we can tailor a package.
What payment currencies do you support?

We can invoice in EUR, USD, GBP, or NOK, depending on your preference and country setup.
