JOB DESCRIPTION
This role is designed for a Sales Development Representative who wants to build an international career in tech sales. You’ll work directly with founders, get hands-on coaching, and be part of the first dedicated outbound team at Eyer. Top performers will be considered for ongoing roles. The SDR will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in the IT segment, focusing on companies using Grafana as a monitoring platform. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo, and email outreach to create meeting opportunities for the sales team in Europe.
You will receive training, follow-up, scripts, and templates from the North Scale team. Calls will be recorded for review and learning purposes.

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Research
- Identify companies in the target market (SMB–mid-market, €10M–€100M revenue, Europe).
- Focus on companies using Grafana or similar monitoring/integration tools.
- Find key contacts such as: 
 - IT Operations Manager / IT Manager, 
- Chief Architect / Head of Development
- CIO and DevOps / IT Ops Manager
 
Outbound Outreach
- Execute structured multi-channel sequences (LinkedIn, email, phone).
- Personalize messages based on the ICP and buyer persona.
- Handle 50+ new conversations per week with a focus on qualification over quantity.
Meeting Preparation & Handover
- Prepare an agenda and context for each booked meeting.
- Ensure the correct stakeholders are present (champion + budget holder).
- Log all activity, notes, and recordings in CRM (Attio).
- Follow up in writing with a meeting summary and next steps.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in B2B lead generation or SDR/BDR role.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken.
- Experience with LinkedIn, CRM, and email automation tools.
- Analytical and comfortable discussing technical software products.
- Ability to qualify meetings based on technical insights.
- Independent, accountable, and curious to learn about industrial IT and monitoring systems.

Salary: 
Base salary: Up to 1,800 USD/month.
Bonus:
- USD 50 per booked meeting that meets the qualification criteria.
- USD 100 per qualified meeting that leads to a POC.
- Potential revenue share or performance-based long-term incentive after the validation phase.
