These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fronted AS Contractor Portal (“Portal”). By logging in or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Access and Eligibility:You will be granted access to the Portal only after you have been officially hired or engaged by Fronted AS or a Client through Fronted AS. You confirm that you have the legal right to work in the relevant jurisdiction(s) for your role.
2. Use of the Portal:The Portal enables you to:View your personal information collected during recruitment and onboardingCreate, submit, and track invoices related to your engagement with Fronted AS or its ClientsYou agree to use the Portal solely for these purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and must notify Fronted AS immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Data Privacy:Your personal data entered or stored on the Portal will be processed in accordance with Fronted AS’ Privacy Statement. By using the Portal, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your data as necessary to facilitate your engagement.
4. Code of Conduct:4.1 You agree to use the Portal responsibly and professionally. You must not:Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security measures or access controlsAccess or attempt to access data or accounts other than your own Share your login credentials or allow unauthorized persons to use your accountIntroduce malware, viruses, or any harmful software into the PortalEngage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Portal’s operationAny violation of these obligations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access and possible legal action.
5. No Employment Relationship:Use of the Portal and your engagement through Fronted AS do not create an employment relationship between you and Fronted AS unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. TerminationYour access to the Portal may be suspended or revoked at any time if your engagement ends or if you violate these Terms. You may also request termination of your access by contacting Fronted AS.
7. Limitation of LiabilityFronted AS is not liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of the Portal.
8. Governing Law and DisputesThese Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oslo, Norway.
